Sharing and access
Share the right link, choose who can open your Round, and keep your management access private.
Share the participant link
After publishing, use the share or copy action for the participant link. You can also choose Share participant link from your Round’s management page.
On supported devices, sharing opens your normal share sheet. Otherwise, SayRound copies the link. Send that link wherever your group already talks.
Sharing Results uses the same Round link. It does not make a private Round public or bypass the Results setting.
Choose who can open the Round
- Anyone with the link
- An unlisted Round for link sharing. Anyone who receives the link can open it, including people it is forwarded to.
- Public
- A public Round that can be shared openly. Search-engine visibility is a separate, optional setting.
- Password protected
- Participants need the link and password to open the Round. Share the password only with the people you want to invite.
Find Access under More options in the quick creator or the audience step of the full builder. For an existing Round, open Edit. Passwords must be between 6 and 128 characters.
Keep your manage link private
When you publish without an account, SayRound shows a private manage link. Save the complete link somewhere only you can access. It gives control of the Round, including access to written Responses.
Returning in the same browser can also retain management access, but do not rely on that as your only way back. Clearing site data, changing devices, or using private browsing can lose that access.
If you later sign in while managing the Round, choose Save to my account to keep it in your workspace. See saving an account-free Round.
Decide whether search engines can find it
Choosing Public does not automatically make a Round searchable. Signed-in Creators can also turn on Allow this Round to appear in search engines for eligible public Rounds.
Unlisted, password-protected, account-free, expired, and unavailable Rounds are not offered for search indexing. Search engines decide when an eligible page appears or disappears from their own results; the setting does not guarantee a listing.
