Manage your Rounds

Find your Rounds, update them, close Responses, and decide what happens next.

Find your Rounds

Sign in and open Workspace. The Dashboard shows totals and recently updated Rounds. Use My Rounds, Drafts, or Results to find a particular Round.

Search by title, filter by format or status, change the sort order, and move between pages. A Round opens with its Creator Overview; Results and Edit are alongside it.

For a Round created without an account, open your private manage link instead. Signing in alone does not add every account-free Round to your workspace.

Edit or duplicate a Round

Open Edit, make your changes, and choose Save changes. After the first Response, structural changes are restricted so existing answers keep their meaning. This includes rearranging activities, replacing choices, changing rating scales or tiers, changing correct Quiz answers, and changing the Bracket’s size or matchups.

If you need a different set of questions or choices, choose Duplicate to begin a separate Round. Review it before publishing and share its new participant link. Existing Responses stay with the original Round.

Close or reopen Responses

Choose Close responses on the management page to stop new answers. Choose Reopen responses when you want to accept them again.

You can also set a future Responses close date in the editor. Closing leaves the Round available, with Results shown according to your visibility setting. It does not delete answers.

Set or remove an expiry

Rounds do not expire by default. An optional Round expires date makes the participant page unavailable when that time is reached.

As the Creator, you can still open Overview, Results, and Edit for an expired Round. To restore participant access, clear Round expires or move it to a future date, then save. Existing Responses remain.

Delete a Round

Choose Delete on the management page and review the confirmation before continuing. The Round is removed from participant access and your active workspace.

If you just want voting to end, close Responses instead. Do not use deletion as a pause button: there is no self-service restore action.
