The event is over. Keep the useful feedback.

Find out what landed, what needs work, and what people want next. Mix a quick rating, a focused choice, and a written question in one feedback Round.

Example questionsAfter the meetup
  1. Rating

    How useful was the session?

  2. Poll

What should get more time next time?

  3. Question

What is one thing we could improve?

Make it work for your group.

  1. Keep the follow-up focused

Start with the Survey preset, which combines a Question, Poll, and Rating. Rewrite the prompts around your event and remove anything you do not need.

  2. Share while it is fresh

Put the link in your follow-up email or event chat. Attendees can answer on a phone or computer without signing in.

  3. Read the numbers and the context

Check the rating average and Poll Results, then read written Responses in your Creator view. Use both to plan the next event.

Good to know before you start.

Can one survey include ratings and written feedback?

Yes. A Survey starts with a written Question, a Poll, and a Rating in one Round. You can edit those activities and add other supported formats before publishing.

Will attendees see each other’s written feedback?

No. Written Question Responses stay in the Creator view. They are not displayed as a public answer wall.

Can I collect feedback without showing the Results to attendees?

Yes. Choose Creator-only Results. Other options let you show Results at any time, after responding, or after Responses close.
